1. Общие положения

1.1. Настоящая Политика определяет порядок обработки данных пользователей сервиса BotScan (далее — Сервис), доступного на сайте bots.stakanly.trade, его зеркале botscanstakanly.com и в Telegram-ботах Сервиса.

1.2. Используя Сервис, пользователь подтверждает, что ознакомился с настоящей Политикой и Условиями использования. Если пользователь не согласен с её условиями, он должен прекратить использование Сервиса.

2. Состав обрабатываемых данных

2.1. Данные учётной записи Telegram: числовой идентификатор, имя, имя пользователя, изображение профиля и язык интерфейса. Данные передаются Telegram при подтверждении входа пользователем.

2.2. Технические данные: IP-адрес, сведения о браузере, дата и время входа, идентификатор устройства, сохраняемый в файле cookie.

2.3. Настройки Сервиса, заданные пользователем: фильтры, пороги, списки избранного и исключений, параметры звука и выбранный торговый терминал.

2.4. Сведения об использовании Сервиса: дата последнего посещения, продолжительность работы, посещённые разделы и изменения настроек.

2.5. Сведения об оплате: тариф, сумма, сеть, адрес для перевода, идентификатор транзакции и адрес отправителя. Указанные сведения являются общедоступными данными блокчейна. При оплате через платёжный сервис также хранится идентификатор счёта в этом сервисе.

2.6. Содержание обращений в поддержку, включая приложенные изображения.

2.7. Сведения о команде пользователя: состав, имена участников, заданные командой уровни и параметры уведомлений, включая токен Telegram-бота, если пользователь его указал.

2.8. Сведения об использовании приглашений и промокодов и об участии в сообществе Сервиса в Telegram.

2.9. Сервис не запрашивает и не обрабатывает API-ключи бирж, номер телефона, адрес электронной почты, содержание переписки пользователя в Telegram, закрытые ключи и сид-фразы кошельков, данные банковских карт. Обмен данными с торговым терминалом выполняется на устройстве пользователя и Сервису не передаётся.

2.10. Участники одной команды видят имена друг друга, сигналы («коллы») и уровни, которые команда отмечает; лидер команды видит её состав. Пригласивший пользователь видит имя приглашённого, когда получает за него бонус.

3. Цели обработки

3.1. Данные обрабатываются в целях идентификации пользователя и поддержания сессии, предоставления доступа в соответствии с тарифом, сохранения настроек, учёта платежей, рассмотрения обращений, направления уведомлений о сроке доступа, новостей и обновлений Сервиса в Telegram (их можно прекратить, остановив бота Сервиса), а также предотвращения злоупотреблений и автоматизированного сбора данных.

3.2. Данные не продаются, не используются для показа рекламы и не передаются рекламным сетям.

4. Файлы cookie и локальное хранилище

4.1. Сервис использует файлы cookie bsa_session (сессия), bsa_login (незавершённый вход), bsa_dev (идентификатор устройства), bsa_lang (язык интерфейса), bsa_ref (промокод или приглашение), bsa_stk (вход с сайта stakanly.trade), а также записи с префиксом botscan в локальном хранилище браузера (расположение окон и копия настроек).

4.2. Указанные файлы необходимы для работы Сервиса. Рекламные и аналитические файлы cookie сторонних сетей не используются.

5. Передача данных третьим лицам

5.1. Данные могут обрабатываться поставщиками услуг, привлекаемыми для работы Сервиса и поддержки пользователей, включая поставщиков услуг хостинга, сервис Cloudflare, через который проходят запросы к сайту, и платёжный сервис Plisio, через который принимается часть оплат (ему передаются сумма, монета, сеть и номер счёта). Серверы и поставщики услуг могут находиться в разных странах.

5.2. Вход, уведомления и поддержка осуществляются с использованием Telegram; обработка данных на стороне Telegram регулируется его собственной политикой.

5.3. При загрузке графиков, стаканов и изображений браузер пользователя может обращаться напрямую к общедоступным сервисам бирж и иных третьих лиц. Таким сервисам становится известен IP-адрес пользователя.

5.4. Адреса отправителей платежей сверяются с общедоступными санкционными списками; при совпадении платёж рассматривается вручную. Сверка выполняется на серверах Сервиса, адреса третьим лицам не передаются.

5.5. Данные могут быть раскрыты в случаях, предусмотренных применимым законодательством, а также при расследовании мошенничества и атак на Сервис.

6. Срок хранения и удаление

6.1. Данные хранятся в течение срока существования учётной записи.

6.2. Пользователь вправе обратиться в поддержку с запросом об удалении учётной записи и связанных с ней данных. Сведения об оплате могут храниться дольше в объёме, необходимом для учёта и рассмотрения спорных платежей.

6.3. Пользователь вправе запросить сведения о хранящихся данных и их исправление.

6.4. Данные в резервных копиях удаляются по мере замены этих копий новыми.

7. Защита данных

7.1. Обмен данными между браузером пользователя и Сервисом осуществляется по защищённому соединению. Ключи сессий хранятся в хешированном виде. Доступ к серверам ограничен.

8. Возрастные ограничения

8.1. Сервис предназначен для лиц, достигших 18 лет.

9. Изменение Политики

9.1. Политика может быть изменена. Актуальная редакция размещается на настоящей странице с указанием даты.

10. Контакты

10.1. Вопросы, связанные с обработкой данных, и запросы об удалении направляются в поддержку Сервиса в Telegram.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy sets out how the data of users of the BotScan service (the “Service”) is processed. The Service is available at bots.stakanly.trade, at its mirror botscanstakanly.com and through the Telegram bots of the Service.

1.2. By using the Service the user confirms that they have read this Policy and the Terms of Use. A user who does not agree with it must stop using the Service.

2. Data processed

2.1. Telegram account data: numeric identifier, name, username, profile image and interface language. The data is provided by Telegram when the user confirms the sign-in.

2.2. Technical data: IP address, browser information, date and time of sign-in, and a device identifier stored in a cookie.

2.3. Service settings chosen by the user: filters, thresholds, favourites and exclusion lists, sound parameters and the selected trading terminal.

2.4. Usage information: date of the last visit, duration of use, sections visited and changes of settings.

2.5. Payment information: plan, amount, network, payment address, transaction identifier and sender address. This information is public blockchain data. When paying through a payment service, the invoice identifier in that service is also kept.

2.6. The content of support requests, including attached images.

2.7. Information on the team of the user: members, their names, levels set by the team and notification parameters, including a Telegram bot token where the user has provided one.

2.8. Information on the use of invitations and promo codes and on membership of the Service community in Telegram.

2.9. The Service does not request or process exchange API keys, phone numbers, email addresses, the content of Telegram correspondence, wallet private keys and seed phrases, or bank card data. Data exchange with a trading terminal takes place on the device of the user and is not transmitted to the Service.

2.10. Members of one team see each other's names, the signals ("calls") and levels the team marks; the team leader sees its members. An inviting user sees the name of the invited user when receiving a bonus for them.

3. Purposes of processing

3.1. Data is processed in order to identify the user and maintain the session, provide access according to the plan, store settings, record payments, handle requests, send notifications about the access period and news and updates of the Service in Telegram (these can be stopped by stopping the Service bot), and prevent abuse and automated data collection.

3.2. Data is not sold, is not used to display advertising and is not transferred to advertising networks.

4. Cookies and local storage

4.1. The Service uses the cookies bsa_session (session), bsa_login (unfinished sign-in), bsa_dev (device identifier), bsa_lang (interface language), bsa_ref (promo code or invitation) and bsa_stk (sign-in from stakanly.trade), as well as records with the botscan prefix in the local storage of the browser (window layout and a copy of settings).

4.2. These are required for the Service to operate. Advertising and analytics cookies of third-party networks are not used.

5. Transfer of data to third parties

5.1. Data may be processed by service providers engaged to operate the Service and to support users, including hosting providers, Cloudflare, through which requests to the site pass, and the payment service Plisio, through which some payments are received (it receives the amount, coin, network and invoice number). Servers and service providers may be located in different countries.

5.2. Sign-in, notifications and support are provided through Telegram; processing by Telegram is governed by its own policy.

5.3. When charts, order books and images are loaded, the browser may contact public services of exchanges and other third parties directly. Such services learn the IP address of the user.

5.4. Sender addresses of payments are checked against public sanctions lists; on a match the payment is reviewed manually. The check runs on the servers of the Service and addresses are not passed to third parties.

5.5. Data may be disclosed where required by applicable law and in the investigation of fraud and attacks on the Service.

6. Retention and deletion

6.1. Data is kept for as long as the account exists.

6.2. The user may contact support to request deletion of the account and related data. Payment information may be kept longer to the extent necessary for bookkeeping and for resolving disputed payments.

6.3. The user may request information on the data held and its correction.

6.4. Data in backup copies is deleted as those copies are replaced with new ones.

7. Data protection

7.1. Data exchanged between the browser and the Service is sent over a secure connection. Session keys are stored in hashed form. Access to the servers is restricted.

8. Age restrictions

8.1. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or over.

9. Changes to the Policy

9.1. The Policy may be changed. The current version is published on this page with its date.

10. Contact

10.1. Questions about data processing and deletion requests are sent to the support of the Service in Telegram.
